WILL MEDAL!!! A population distribution that is skewed right is symmetrical and bell shaped. A. True B. False

False. It is not symmetrical however it is bell-shaped. A population distribution that is skewed right is known to be "positively skewed". The opposite would be "negatively skewed" which is skewed to the left. Here are both cases: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/b/b3/Skewness_Statistics.svg/446px-Skewness_Statistics.svg.png You can also see that in both cases, they are not symmetrical.
