Agreed the U.S does have freedom of speech however it is limited in places where there are rules. Such as schools and on this site.

Maybe you catch mods because you disagree with every action they take? Mods are hated by people who disagree with one action they take. They don't deserve that.

Moderators suspend for good reasons. You're well-known as a spammer, so I'm sure the Moderator had a valid reason to suspend you.
Why do you have to argue and spam so much? Why can't you just be chill and follow the rules and respect the Moderator's decisions? It's not that difficult.

If you were suspended for spam, you were likely posting some form of spam. Maybe try looking at what you posted again and see how it was considered as spam. Ask a Moderator about it if you feel the suspension was in error. Creating complaint posts like these is also a form of spam, because this is not Feedback concerning the site itself, it's a complaint against a Moderator's actions. It doesn't belong here, so try not to post things like this. Ask a Moderator about it in private instead.

Well it's not necessarily spam it does have to do with feedback regarding the moderation of this site. We want criticism but make it constructive criticism with a solutions ^_^ perhaps making suggestions on how we cam improve the moderation system? ;)
