Simple algebra problem, too stupid to remember how to do it. Already know the answer. Need help on HOW to solve plz. xoxo

OpenStudy (squirrels):

Just need to know how to factor this. \[25c^3-25c^2-10c+10\]

OpenStudy (astrophysics):

You can start by factoring out a 5 then take out the common terms, so \[5(5x^3-5x^2-2x+2) \implies 5(5x^2(x-1)-2(x-1))\] can you finish it off?

OpenStudy (squirrels):

i can see how you factored out the common terms. how did you get (x-1) though?

OpenStudy (astrophysics):

I used grouping, just like they used in that video, |dw:1454571654466:dw|
