All crimes have victims because there can be an indirect victim. For something like prostitution, the man or woman selling her body is the victim because he or she is selling her body for money. For suicide and drug use, all those that knew the user or person committing suicide is a victim because they had to watch a loved one go through all that. There is no crime that does not have a victim no matter what others say. Every action has a consequence and through every crime someone is hurt
