OpenStudy (nottim):

Are you allowed to use a calculator?

OpenStudy (alex6799):

OpenStudy (alex6799):

yes

OpenStudy (nottim):

Do you know what to do then? Or at least, waht do you think it is?

OpenStudy (alex6799):

no i have no clue :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well if you are allowed to use a calculator then, make sure it is in degree mode Then find the sin and cos buttons, Press sin and then type in 180 Do the same with cos

OpenStudy (nottim):

Enter it into you calculator as such (IN DEGREEES MODE) "cos180"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If you need help making sure it is in degree mode, if you tell me which model of calculator you have, I can help you find it

OpenStudy (alex6799):

ok then what

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That's your answer when you type in sin180 or cos180 press enter Whatever number comes out is your answer

OpenStudy (alex6799):

wait i got -1....so its D?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yep

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Assuming the first of the numbers in D is the value for cosine

OpenStudy (alex6799):

i didn't understand what you just said

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Nevermind disregard that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

D is the correct answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You were right

OpenStudy (alex6799):
