HELP!!!!! Suppose a graph of weight vs displacement has a slope of 2.36 units and an oscillating cart has a weight of 36 N. What is the resonance frequency of the cart?

OpenStudy (michele_laino):

HInt: we need to know how many meters are 1 unit. After that if I call with \(\delta\) the displacement, with \(g\) the gravity, and with \(\omega\) the resonance frequency, then I can write at equilibrium: \[\Large mg = k\delta \] then: \[\Large {\omega ^2} = \frac{k}{m} = \frac{g}{\delta }\]
