Yes. But only one person can have 100ss. That is the highest you can get. @satellite73 is the only one to have 100ss, but it is possible.

It only goes up to 99 because there has to be only one 100ss. The user who is at 100ss means they have more points than every user on OS. If someone else exceeds the 100ss user, then that 100ss user will go back to 99 and the one who exceeded gets up to 100ss.
