Does it matter which form of a linear equation you use? How do you use transformations to help graph absolute value function? How can you model data with a linear function? I need help with explaining these three! Thanks!

OpenStudy (triciaal):

a linear equation is a function with the highest power of the independent variable is 1. forms a line. the output varies directly with the input. you have a line regardless of which of the 3 forms you use for the equation..

OpenStudy (triciaal):

absolute value function whether the input in negative or positive the output is positive. do you know what this basic graph looks like?
