Ahh ok. What I almost always begin with is a tune. So maybe hum to yourself something until you come up with a tune that you like xD
If you want to start with words, I would suggest picking something you're passionate about. Depending on the mood you're going for, it can be super happy, super sad, normal, angry, etc.
1) Come up with topics you're interested in
2) write your feelings or thoughts out about it!
There isn't really any set rules for writing, just go for it :)
