Aerobic activity by definition uses oxygen to perform activities and usually done with long periods of excercise (Wikipedia says anything longer than two minutes is probably aerobic). Anaerobic exercises, on the other hand, uses high-energy molecules, and is often associated with higher heart rates. I think this should be aerobic activity because it uses oxygen for a long duration.
