I have to write an introduction paragraph and I'm having trouble. My topic is Palestinians and Israelis. My thesis statement is:
"Human geography has prevented the Israelis and the Palestinians from achieving peace because they have so many differences in their culture, economics and religion."

The conflict between Israeli Jews and Palestinian Arabs has been going on for over a century. Human geography has prevented the Israelis and Palestinians from achieving peace because they have so many differences in their culture, economics and religion.

You could either move on and start comparing the differences between the two, or you could end your introduction by stating something like "Here we will compare the said differences between the Israelis and Palestinians."
