Yes, well if you want $C$ to be an endpoint for each, that means that C has to be INVOLVED in each. Because if it isn't... that would make absolutely no sense :) 

So you have to see, which answer has $C$ and another letter with it :)

So, we can eliminate A. This is because, the first segment doesn't have $C$.

It can't be D. This is because, can you see how there is a ray on top of the letters?

It has to be a line with no arrow. 

So it would be B! :)
