OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Help! I need some guideline on this attachment below. I will medal, and probably fan.

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

OpenStudy (welshfella):

C must be one of the letters in the name of the line segment

OpenStudy (aihberkhan):

Just look at the answers and see which answer has end points that ALL have the letter \(C\).

OpenStudy (welshfella):

also a straight line is drawn avove the letters

OpenStudy (welshfella):

* above

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

I don't think that informed me enough @AihberKhan, mind explaining.

OpenStudy (aihberkhan):

Yes, well if you want \(C\) to be an endpoint for each, that means that C has to be INVOLVED in each. Because if it isn't... that would make absolutely no sense :) So you have to see, which answer has \(C\) and another letter with it :)

OpenStudy (aihberkhan):

So, we can eliminate A. This is because, the first segment doesn't have \(C\).

OpenStudy (aihberkhan):

Now... does B have \(C\) involved in each of the segments? @MissSmartiez

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

B or D I think, :o

OpenStudy (aihberkhan):

It can't be D. This is because, can you see how there is a ray on top of the letters? It has to be a line with no arrow. So it would be B! :)

OpenStudy (aihberkhan):

Hope this helped! Have a great day! :) A medal would also be appreciated! Just click best response next to my name! Also, a fan would be appreciated as well! OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Oh, by the way, thanks, do you mind helping with other questions @AihberKhan,

OpenStudy (aihberkhan):

Yes. Just post another question and tag me in it! :) @MissSmartiez

OpenStudy (misssmartiez):

Thank you so much.

OpenStudy (aihberkhan):

No problem! :) See you at the next question! :)
