Well first of all do you know how to graph just the line y=2x-1?
Next if it is less/greater than OR EQUAL TO it is a SOLID LINE, if it JUST LESS/GREATER than, it is dashed
Afterwards, if it greater than, you shade above the line, if it is less than you shade below the line

@Brill  is this how it should look? the line goes though the points 1x and -1y
