I'm assuming, "y" is the exam mark, and "x" is the days of studying anyhow... is mostly a calculator issue I think if you have a TI calculator, they have regressions, linear, quadratics and a couple others in this case, you're asked how close to a straight line it comes to so I assume you're expected to do a linear regression, with that table of values

OpenStudy (macabbey101):

alright. thank you. I might be able to download a calculator like that online so i will see.

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

do you happen to have hmm an android phone or tablet?

OpenStudy (macabbey101):

I have an iphone

OpenStudy (gottennis121):

Maybe an app?

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

hmm rats ok... not sure on iOS, but on android you can get Andy's graph which is a TI calculator emulator, not sure if he's got it for iPhone, he may anyhow, if it's available for iPhone, install Andy's graph, and then just get the ROM's online for the TIs you can find for TI-83 plus and 84 and 86 I think or more

OpenStudy (macabbey101):

OK thank you!!:)

OpenStudy (gottennis121):

Smart guy. :P
