We solve a triangle by the proven sides or angles.....So we proved the triangle in this order.. \(\triangle{ABD~ is~congruent~to~\triangle CBD} \) Well we are given that Line \(\large{AB}\) is congruent to Line \(\large{CB}\) as well as angle \(\large{ABD}\) is congruent to angle \(\large{CBD}\) so that would mean that they have equal length for line \(\large{DB}\). So we have proven that the triangles are equal by SAS Postulate or side-angle-side.
