I am stuck on this last question. Factor Completely 4x2 + 13x + 3

OpenStudy (aliism):

\[4x^{2} + 13x + 3\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Are you sure this is all of it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(x+3)(4x+1)

OpenStudy (aliism):

Yes

OpenStudy (dayakar):

\[4x ^{2}+12x+x+3\]

OpenStudy (dayakar):

take 4x common in first two terms

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(x+3)(4x+1)

OpenStudy (dayakar):

do u understand

OpenStudy (aliism):

yes. so 3?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What are your options??

OpenStudy (denonakavro):

4x^2 + 13x + 3 First find ac =(4)(3)=12 Then find factors by trying I found they were 12 and 1 So: 4x^2+12x+x+3 Group them 4x(x+3)+1(x+3) (4x+1)(x+3)
