Spending hours sweating over a computer may be uncommon for the average high school student but, for college students it is standard. Spending hours and hours on papers on any subject, is what it takes to pursuit the ideal paper. For a college level essay there could be some requirements that one needs to do that for high school probably was not a big deal. For example, a professor might ask you to only use articles from a scholarly journal. Where as in high school, one probably just had to google your information, find some facts and that would be it. Another difference between the high school level essays and college level essays would be that college level essays involves a lot more of critical thinking. Which the results for some people could be having to stay up late finding information.

Okay, in my opinion I think doing a comparison sentence would work best for the ending. You could say something like "In conclusion you can see that writing a college level paper has a lot more detail than that of a high school level paper." This is just an example.

I can understand how difficult writing can be. Just a week ago I had to write a 2,000 word essay based on what I thought the ending to one of Edgar Allan Poe's writings should be.
