Can you explain what this title means.... Changes in Language as a reflection on Society's growth or demise.

OpenStudy (irrati0nal):

The changes in the language that are a result of Society's increase of growth or decrease of growth.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Growth in general???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Irrati0nal

OpenStudy (irrati0nal):

Either from the growth in general or the decrease in general.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Because I have to write an argumentative essay on this topic and I'm a bit confused on it

OpenStudy (irrati0nal):

I figured so. If there are any words that are confusing you in specific, I can help you to understand those more.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks. So if I write on this topic am I arguing why I believe changes in our language is more of a growth?

OpenStudy (irrati0nal):

It's asking you to write about the changes that have occurred in language as a result of either the increase of growth or the decrease of growth of the population. For example, if you choose the increase of growth, you could start your topic like this: "Language in Society has changed as a result of how much Society has grown. Here are some examples of how this growth of Society have changed Language."

All right. Have u read 1984 by George orwell?

OpenStudy (irrati0nal):

I have not. Why do you ask?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well I have to tie in that book with this argument

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But thanks anyway man.
