That is VERY FALSE. Doctors don't know, or either don't care. All they want to know is, if you're sick or not.  Not to mention there are other habits all of us do alone.  Please don't go around saying false information! Thanks!

As for the question, I see nothing wrong with it. Just don't let it control your life.  it's perfectly normal. And it's healthy when making sure things are okay down there.
