•overfishing starves and seals
•over harvesting of killer whales and blossoms the sea otter population
•blossoming sea otter populations deplete kelp forests

A quick review the other way

•over protecting killer whales and reduces the sea otter population
•reducing sea otter populations allows kelp forests to flourish
