We can rule out A and C because in order to have the figure land on P'Q'R'S' while doing the rotation it is unimportant to do a reflection over the y axis unless it says 360 degrees around the axis. Understand?

yes!

Do you understand what counterclockwise is? It is going backwards in time according to a clock, let's say it's 12pm then two hours later it's 2pm that's going clockwise, if it's 12pm then again two hours later it's 10am that's going counterclockwise. Get it?

yes i got it now thanks!

So what's the answer? Each section is it's own 90 degrees the figure PQRS is in let's say area A and you rotate it 90 degrees counterclockwise so it moves from area A to the top left area that we'll call area B, so if you move a figure 270 and 180 degrees where will each figure land?
