OpenStudy (shaleiah):

\[\frac{ 19 }{ \sin(51) }\]

OpenStudy (mrnood):

in a right angle triangle the 'hypotenuse' is th e longest side and is opposite the right angle. In this case it is 19 long so x cannot be longer your equation above is close - but not quite correct r write the eqation for sin (51) = ???

OpenStudy (mrnood):

no - I mean write it in terms of the sides (opposite adjacent & hypotenuse)

OpenStudy (mrnood):

I asked you to write sin (51) = ?? (using opposite hypotenuse and adjacent)

OpenStudy (mrnood):

never mind the numbers and the x right now JUST write sin(51) = (Opposite,Adjacent,Hypotenuse)
