I need help understanding even and odd functions

that's easy one is ODD the other is EVEN :)
Hey, do you have a specific question? An even function is of the sort f(x)=f(-x) for any x. For odd we have -f(x)=f(-x) for any x.
or just post what you do not understand of them :)
some functions are nither even nor odd The graph of an even function is symmetrical about the axis in the coordinate plane.

Well I just don't understand what I'm supposed to do in general I don't know how to find the even version and I don't know how to find the odd version
even numbers are numbers that are not divisible by 2 while odd is the opposite
