ok so the might not of had enough suger in there body and that could explain the reasoning for that ^_^

Okay. Sometimes many problems are just in the person's brain and it is all just a thinking that they are sick. For example, sometimes if people tell someone that "they look sick", the person may start feeling sick even if they are not. This is because they start thinking "too hard" into it and it is all just part of psychology. So, if a doctor were to give that person a sugar pill instead of an actual pill and the doctor says "This WILL make you okay in a few hours/days/etc.", then the person will psychologically start thinking that they ARE actually feeling okay. This tells the brain that there is nothing wrong with the person and the symptoms go away.

just look up 'placebo effect' it is a documented but non scientific phenomenon with little real explanation beyond the 'spiritual'
