It takes $1200$ workers $8$ years to build $3$ ziggurats. How many years would it take $100$ workers to build $1$ ziggurat? (Assume all workers work at the same constant rate.)

32 years

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if you do 3 divided b 8 you get .375 zs a year divided by 12 is .03125 which is the rate at which 100 people could build a z in a year. so then you do 1 year divided by .03125 which is 32 years
