The 7 is the tenths digit.
Since the next digit is a 5 which is 5 or higher, round up to the next higher tenth.
You get 2035.8

Sorry.
Your test is correct, and we were both incorrect above.
I used pi from the calculator, 3.141592654
You must have used the same value.
That is why we both got the same answer 2035.75204 which we rounded to 2035.8

The question specifically states to use 3.14 for pi.
Using 3.14 for pi, the volume is
2034.72 which rounds to 2034.7. Since the digit after the 7 is 2, we round down.
