Are there any notes on sketching graphs I can't solve nearly any question in the problem set.

There are notes here http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/mathematics/18-01-single-variable-calculus-fall-2006/readings/course-reader/ Also, you can use Khan's site: Here is a video on graphing a parabola whose equation is in vertex form You will also want to know how to convert "standard form" in the problem set to vertex form, by "completing the square" https://www.khanacademy.org/math/algebra/quadratics/solving-quadratics-by-completing-the-square/v/solving-quadratic-equations-by-completing-the-square
