@welshfella Yes, it's 3. The diameter of the whole circle is 12, apparently.

@welshfella I divided the segment into two sectors with angles of 30 degrees and one triangle to get its area. What I got was 3 sqrt(3) for the triangle area + 12 pi for both sectors. That's not the answer that fits, though. I'm trying to figure out where I went wrong.
