Experience would be the main thing. Also you could learn the structural stuff and how they built it. You could learn about angles and find the perimeter and area for the entire amusement park and then when specific ride of your choice for math. For english you could write about your experience there and like write an entire page or two of it. See how many diverse cultures like the same things. IDK if this helped you or not, but I tried!!

You could learn a lot, actually. If you're trying to write about an English essay: You could ride a couple of rides and coasters and tell about the experience of it, like the anticipation waiting in line, seeing people going up the coaster, the butterflies in your stomach right before getting on the ride, and the exhilaration of you riding the ride. You can write about seeing other families and friends riding rides, and having a great time together. For a scientific essay: You could try to look up ride speeds and calculate velocity and momentum on certain rides, and possibly ride these yourself to get an even better idea. You can look up ride heights and calculate these to other popular structures in the world (Eiffel Tower, Statue of Liberty, etc etc). Hope this helped :)
