Are these correct? http://prntscr.com/a24yjf I got kite. http://prntscr.com/a22tiu Is it 180-3x+1+180-x-16+180-6x+180-5x=360 Is this the correct way to set up the equation? http://prntscr.com/a24z27 I need help with this one. I know I have to the distance formula, but I'm not sure how to execute it with only variables.
360? No. You put those functions together by adding them and equaling it to 180 since a line is 180.
Lol don't make your life complicated than it already is lol.
@Serenity74 Mind explaining??
x+16+3x-1=180 @Mehek14
Mekey she/he is actually right.
They aren't asking about the middle part just what X stands for.
Plus in order to see if you Xs make sense you can do that Z thingy.
Yeah I'm trying to find x
No you don't. The middle part and the sides add up to 180 and the middle part wouldn't be considered as an angle.
@Serenity74 Can you help with the last question?
IDK m8 I will try @Mehek14 here knows it better. But I will try lol.
I ain't smart lololol anyways donde esta la pregunta?
One thing though @Serenity74 if I don't need the middle part why did I get two different answers for x when I went to solve for the two lines?
@Mehek14 can you help me with the last part?
You ofc will get two different answers lol. You have to compare the X using the Z thingy.
You don't compare the opposite lines to each other.
That's weird. I don't think we're supposed to be getting different answers for x. Along with that, we also haven't learned what the Z thing is which is an indicator we're not supposed to use it yet. I'm pretty sure X should be the same regardless.
Oh boy lol that's not what I meant by Z thingy lol. It's a trick lol. And I never said you get different X answers. I said if you compare the two opposite lines of you get different answers lol. Plus, if you did need the middle part how would you solve for it.
@Serenity74 Haha you're kinda confusing me here. What exactly am I supposed to do to solve for x at this point?
I am getting confused now. @imqwerty KID HELP HERE PLSSS I am sorry for the confusion. I would help but I am kinda in a hurry atm sorry! Physics is a killer XD
For anyone willing to help I need help with the second and last question.
Thanks boo : * XD @imqwerty I am glad u have a brain lolol.
|dw:1455244657731:dw| figure ABCD is a trapezium the sum of all internals of trapezium is 360 :) step 1-> find angles a,b,c,d ( in terms of x) step 2-> add them up and put the sum equal to 360 solving the equation u get in step 2 will get u x
