resonant frequency

My process of doing the problem is the following: 1. Find transfer function. 2. separate real and imaginary. 3. Set imaginary equaul to 0. 4. solve for w. AM i looking at this right?

I am curious about the drawing. Are the numerics the value of the components, if so, what are the units? If I were you, I would use the methods taught in your course using an example as a guide. If I were me, I would want the value of L and C, and if the value shown on the resistors are Ohms, you have a very low Q circuit very highly damped, but I guess resonant at a frequency appropriate for the LC value. My math is not good enough to use "transforms."

OpenStudy (kenljw):

Z = (1/2)||(1/2s) + 1||(s/4) solve for Z such as the phase angle is zero.
