\(\sf A = 2(\dfrac{1}{2}bh) + (LW) + (LW) + (LW)\)
OpenStudy (igreen):
Let's say:
\(\sf A = 2(\dfrac{1}{2}bh) + (L_1W) + (L_2W) + (L_3W)\)
OpenStudy (anonymous):
i got 240
OpenStudy (texmechanica):
So i guess i need to be a hot teenage girl to get some help then?

i think some of the measurements are wrong because if the base of the triangle is 4 and the side is 7 then the height is not 6.
OpenStudy (igreen):
@TexMechanica Her picture has nothing to do with the fact that I'm helping her..in fact, they photo might even be fake (no offense).
OpenStudy (igreen):
the*
OpenStudy (welshfella):
it should be 6.71 given the 4 and the 7.
OpenStudy (friendzone):
@TexMechanica im just looking for help like ihelp others

Either way, it seems most people on here that get help have appealing pictures.
OpenStudy (friendzone):
@iGreen 24 square
OpenStudy (igreen):
What should? @welshfella
OpenStudy (welshfella):
the height of the triangle
OpenStudy (igreen):
You mean the third side of the triangle?
It tells you that it's an isosceles..therefore the 2 sides should be equal, 7. And the base is 4.

OpenStudy (friendzone):
@TheInspector they help everyone
OpenStudy (igreen):
^
OpenStudy (welshfella):
yes i know - what im saying is the the height is 6 then the base and the height cant be 4 and 7
OpenStudy (friendzone):
you divide it at the end by 4 @iGreen

Oh, well you can't say much about how they word the question.
OpenStudy (welshfella):
* base and side cant be 4 and 7
OpenStudy (anonymous):
base x height x length x width
OpenStudy (anonymous):
...no
OpenStudy (anonymous):
the answer should be 240

@TexMechanica put up an "appealing picture" and then you'll ge thelp
OpenStudy (igreen):
Um..no.
Just plug in the values and simplify.
\(\sf 2(\dfrac{1}{2}(4)(6)) + (7)(12) + (7)(12) + (4)(12)\)
OpenStudy (igreen):
@peak Don't give answers.
OpenStudy (friendzone):
ohhh okay @iGreen it wouldnt be 2016 so medal him.
