I had a hunch that the Mod's maybe didn't know which chat I was reporting from. Now I have put those doubts to rest. Thanks @AravindG

We actually get to know which chat it is. But you see for that a separate tab needs to be opened and the whole chat gets loaded there. It's much easier if we knew the subject right away so that there is no need for this especially when mods like me have to work in slow networks.
