Solve for x: 2/ x-2 + 7/ x^2 - 4 = 5/x. x = negative 4 over 3 and x = –5 x = negative 4 over 3 and x = 5 x = 4 over 3 and x = –5 x = 4 over 3 and x = 5
can you post your question again this time using the equation editor available here on openstudy?
im not very sure how to do that... but i have a screencap! http://prntscr.com/a2ek14
can you multiply both the numerator and denominator of first fraction by (x+2)
i don't think so..
Based on your equation, I didn't get any of those answers. I probably didn't understand the equation correctly. If you can re-post it by using draw option, I might be able to find my mistake.
it looks exactly how it does in the screencap i took :/
Sorry I didn't see the screen capture. I was trying the solve this .... |dw:1455302397095:dw|

Still working on it. I like to find the right answer before I try to show you how to do it.

Still not getting the right answer. This is not as difficult as I seem to be making it. Maybe you should check my work. I 'll post some in the draw.
