Do you staff members stay on 24/7?

You know, It depends which staff you're talking about. 
They have actual staff, the engineer team, which are actually working typically during business hours but might come online sometime during the night to say hello.
Then they have the moderators whom are online during their spare time. There are enough of them that different ones will almost always be online.
Then there are the ambassadors who are all volunteers with a minimum age of 13. They are here to help teach how to navigate the site. The ambassador program has teens from all around the world who have a passion for teaching and helping youth succeed. They, being on different timezone, will be online almost all the time.

There will always be someone to help you and almost always be someone who works in joint with the site to teach you. 
However, the staff doesn't always come online. This isn't their only occupation but they strive to give us the best experience.
