HELP!!! Question below. @TheCleverOne
You will need to determine the total surface area of the bar of chocolate Surface area is determined by \[2lw+2lh+2wh\]
Substitute the proper values and you'll have your answers :)
The problem is that I don't really understand how. :(

You have lenght width and height provided to you It doesn't matter which is which Try substituting 50 for l,90 for w, and 3.5 for h Now solve
You have to cover entire chocolate,so all part need to be covered by wrapping outside the chocolate. So you need to calculate CSA i.e curved surface area
that surface area gives you answer!
so do you know the formula of CSA OF CUBOID ?
You can refer to BRILL'S ANSWER ! This is what i said.
Not to sound dumb but what is CSA OF CUBOID ? I'm sorry :(
https://www.quora.com/What-is-difference-between-perimeter-CSA-And-TSA-Help-me-in-understanding
@briannabug sorry,you have to calculate TSA !
http://www.web-formulas.com/Math_Formulas/Geometry_Surface_of_Cuboid.aspx
In simpler terms @briannabug Solve \[(2\times 50\times 90)+(2\times 50\times 3.5)+(2\times 90\times 3.5)\]
This what you do because length times width gives you one of the face, but then you multiply by two because there ATLEAST TWO congruent faces on a rectangle
The same applies to length times height and height times width
Okay, I got 9980? Sorry my OS was lagging
Yup that's right :) Sorry didn't see this
