I don't know if you're still gonna see this, considering this question is closed and I don't know if I'm too late because it was posted three days ago but here goes: Why don't you channel your emotions into something positive? I know it's cliche but it actually works. I'm a writer (both a lyricist and stories) and sometimes, when I'm feeling sad, I just write. Like, I have this story, it's about a girl who lives in a broken home and the family is just terrible. Well, the girl in that story is actually me. So yeah.... Just find something like that to put your emotions into. Also, remember, it's gonna be okay :)
