Okay, so the question is asking how the geography has affected the culture of the Hispanics and African Americans, correct? How it has influenced or affected the cultures?

Well one idea is that 

1_ Hispanics tend to live in the southern border close to mexico (as well as south florida). This can be due to migration of immigrants in the 70s in miami for cuban exiles, and for the southern border mexican migration for finding jobs.

2_ For african americans, majority of them still live in the south due to hundreds of years black people have been used for slavery, which is why they are still high percentage of them there
