Why on a mobile device (In my case it's an iPhone) can you not view the users list? Why can't you start a conversation by tapping on their name and have a button to "Send a Message"?

Well...idk but I have a tablet, and it works when turned horizontally... I guess the interfaces just aren't compatible in that case. There are things you just need to use a good ol' browser for. :-)

The iOS app needs many improvements, and we had done a very extensive survey of what needed to be done to fix it up. But, unfortunately, it has been placed on the backburner for now.

All around the mobile apps are not very good, i would nugget just using OS on the computer.

the chat boxes will open if there is sufficient amount of space for them to be displayed in the mobile. Tablets have enough space so therefore the chat boxes appear in it but in case of mobiles the don't cause of lack of space

I'll give a brief, easy to understand, explanation. There are multiple reasons why mobile devices cant support the site. This site uses a different style of positioning. When your browser width changes you will begin to notice the two halves of the site overlap or become one. So when you have a small device there may only be room enough for half of the website. The other, and more important reason, is that websites detect your browser's "user agent". When you're on a mobile device the websites try to make themselves best suit you by changing their positioning and size. They do this by detecting your "user agent." Once they detect you're using a mobile display, they send your browser the mobile version of the website. The best way around this is to install a browser with the capability to change user agents.
