pooja195 (pooja195):

Overall the slope has to be negative because of the line position |dw:1455509097831:dw|

oh ok ty

OpenStudy (wolf1728):

Nizux, you do understand the difference between "rise" and "slope" don't you?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

pooja195 (pooja195):

The rise would be -9 because (going up or down =rise) you are going down 9 and over 6 to get to the coordinate (6,0)

kk :) Is there a certain thing u have to do to know it is going down or up

pooja195 (pooja195):

rise/run ^-------------rise is when you go up or down, you know when to go up if its a positive slope, when its a negative slope you decrease
