So, I was directed to write a poem about poetry. Somewhat to define what poetry is from my perspective. This is what I've got so far:

Leading readers into innumerable worlds.
The emotions inscribed come to life,
Encompassing each who read.
Poetry is like an impeccable melody,
A song sung with such an immense passion.
A melody felt and sung by readers too.
Poetry is filled with magnificence and allure,
An inspiring contour. "

I think this is a beautiful poem! :)
It describes what you think poetry is, what it means to you, what you feel from it. I can definitely feel the emotion, or the vibe. This is beautifully written piece! Better than anything I could do! Great job on this! :)
