it sounds like they want you to look at the first 5 numbers in your list
if the number is 0 to 7, count it as a score, if it's 8 or 9, count it as a miss
then continue with the next 5 numbers and do the same thing
keep going until you have 10 "groups" of 5

finally, look at how many of the 10 groups show 3 or more misses
