Can someone please help me write a "Everyday Hero" Essay? I'm a little stuck

This is what I wrote so far, "When I think of the word hero, a picture of my mom pops in to my head. Because even though she couldn’t follow her own dreams, she’s always helping others in any way she can so they can follow theirs. My mom is my everyday hero, and I am honored to be writing this biography about her. "

I don't understand what I should write about, nothing comes to my mind on what you should write in this sort of essay..

I can think of a lot of things that she does which is heroic, but I have no idea how I can put it in to words that make sense, and have a good sequence
