A, because it is a LAW. B is just a hypothesis that was proven right by experiments, however, it can change if more tests and collections of data proves it wrong. C an educated guess, right or wrong, it can be changed and proven true or false after varies of tests, if it is proven right through tests and data, then it becomes a theory, but can still change.
