Keep in mind the angles inside a triangle always add up to 180. So you can pretend each expression is the angle, like this:
\[2x+3x-11+2x+9=180\]
Do some algebra, and you get \[x=26\]
Plug it into each expression of "x", and you should easily find the smallest one!
