HELP!!

OpenStudy (imsleeziboii):

@4everaddicted2anime

OpenStudy (imsleeziboii):

Im pretty sure its A.

OpenStudy (4everaddicted2anime):

The coordinates for A are (-3,5) (5,3) (3,-5) (-3,-3) Are there any of the same x values that have different y values?

OpenStudy (onepieceftw):

For it to be a function an X value cannot have anymore than one y value. That being said, A is not correct.

OpenStudy (imsleeziboii):

okay

OpenStudy (imsleeziboii):

so how would I find it then?

OpenStudy (4everaddicted2anime):

If there is an x value with two different y values, then that isn't a function. Find the one that has no repeating x values with different y values

OpenStudy (imsleeziboii):

C

OpenStudy (4everaddicted2anime):

Here are the coordinates for C (2,1) (3,4) (2,-1) (3,-4) Are there any repeating x values with different y values?

OpenStudy (imsleeziboii):

yes

OpenStudy (imsleeziboii):

so it cant be the same x values

OpenStudy (4everaddicted2anime):

Then it is not a function

OpenStudy (imsleeziboii):

Oh its B

OpenStudy (4everaddicted2anime):

Here are the coordinates for B (0,5) (2,5) (1,-4) (2,3) Are there any repeating x values with different y values?

OpenStudy (imsleeziboii):

im so blind...

OpenStudy (imsleeziboii):

so its d then

OpenStudy (4everaddicted2anime):

yup

OpenStudy (imsleeziboii):

thanks

OpenStudy (4everaddicted2anime):
