MEDAL!!! IS AP CALC BC HARD???...I'm planning my schedule for next year and want to know how hard AP Calculus BC is. Is it a lot of reading? If I'm doing good in precal, will i do good in that class? My schedule so far is Honors Lit, Physics, AP USH, AP Calc BC, AP Environmental, and Sociology. Is this a tough schedule or should I replace environmental with AP Chem to challenge myself? Please help!!!!

OpenStudy (angel_kitty12):

I'm taking AP Bio next year becausey choices were

OpenStudy (angel_kitty12):

Sorry I didn't finish

OpenStudy (angel_kitty12):

So I've heard that environmental doesn't really help your credits very well. It doesn't boost your GPA much so I chose AP bio. I suggest AP Chem if you're willing to take another AP course considering you have your whole schedule filled out

OpenStudy (kayders1997):

What do you mean by AP calculus BC? Like Calculus 2? Because I'm taking AP calculus right now and its been really challenging this is the first time I ever got a b in a math class. So it is pretty tough

OpenStudy (hennawho):

It is? My school offers AP Calc AB and AP Calc BC, which is a full year of college math in a year long course rather than a semester of college math in a year. How hard was precal for you? Because I'm doing pretty well I think but don't feel like struggling through next year

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

I'm taking AP Calculus AB, and it's difficult, but managaeble in my opinion. But AP Calc BC is harder.

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

It also depends on you. I got an A in Pre-Calculus, and I have an A- in AP Calculus AB

OpenStudy (kayders1997):

@StudyGurl14 can you please help me?!?

OpenStudy (kayders1997):

I have to take the class because I want to be a teacher, It takes a lot of work and practice I'm pretty good at math and love helping others, but if you willing to put in the work you can do it, I managed to get my grade up a lot in the class after getting a first bad grade for a test so I'm sure you can manage you just have to work hard. If you don't put in the effort than bad things could happen

OpenStudy (kayders1997):

If you do decide to take it I wish you the best of luck :)

OpenStudy (hennawho):

THANK YOU!!!!! @kayders1997 @StudyGurl14 @Angel_Kitty12

Depends on the type of career you're working towards, I think
