Listen to music or study with a friend. When i think i should leave it, i think of my mom's really angry face saying i'm grounded so i end up doing it. Or make a goal, like tell your self when i finish my.work, imma go to the mall or hang out with some friends

You could imagine your mom's/dad's face when you tell them you got an A+ or even extra credit!
Pretend your Hermione Granger.
Make a deal with your mom/dad. For example, tell them "if i do my best in school, can i get an iPhone?" (I did the same thing ;D )

I know there is this app or website or something that will not let you go on websites like facebook, openstudy or anything just put in the title and it will not let you open it, (sorry i dont know what it is called, but a quick google search will help you) ohh and you can do it for a certain amount of time too
