PLEASE HELP!!

OpenStudy (ohohaye):

What do you think might be the answer?

OpenStudy (fortytherapper):

Let's break it down: What does the +3 in the equation mean?

OpenStudy (clamin):

ax^2+bx+c

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

u just need to find the min. value & zeroes of the quadratic expression min. value=\(\Large{\frac{-D}{4a}}\) Find zeroes from the eqn 2x^2+6x+3=0

OpenStudy (fortytherapper):

Yeah, that is the form. What does the C mean?

OpenStudy (clamin):

hold on im solving it

OpenStudy (clamin):

OpenStudy (clamin):

@FortyTheRapper @jiteshmeghwal9

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

u gt the min. value as -3/2 so now check which graph is giving min. value as -1.5 & u must notice that the y-intercept must be equal to 'c'=3

OpenStudy (clamin):

my answer is a. @jiteshmeghwal9

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

yes u r correct :)

OpenStudy (jiteshmeghwal9):

Did u gt the concept of how to determine graph of a quadratic eqn. ?

OpenStudy (clamin):

yes thank you
