2. Why are recipes important in the culinary arts world? Name two reasons.

Well for new cooks it's a great way to learn. For bad cooks it's a great way to get better. If you write it down on paper you can view again and share with others. It's a great way to create "new" food and have it catch on. Recipes can be for anyone don't want a pumpkin pie try the cheesecake recipe.
